Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Data is deleted after your inquiry has been fully resolved, unless legal retention obligations apply.

3.2 Shop / Payments

When you purchase digital products, your payment and order data is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). This includes your name, email address, payment information, and billing address. MORDIO does not store your payment details directly — all payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment).

3.3 Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel, Inc.) automatically collects server access logs including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp. This data is used for security purposes and is not linked to your identity. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in website security).

3.4 Cookies & Analytics

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. No third-party trackers are embedded. YouTube videos are embedded using the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) where available.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following external services:

• Vercel — Hosting (USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Formspree — Contact form processing (USA)
• Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing & digital product delivery (USA)
• YouTube — Embedded video content (privacy-enhanced mode)

These services may process data in the United States. Appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place where applicable.
