1. GENERAL

These Terms of Service govern your use of mordio.online and the purchase of digital products offered through this website. By accessing this website or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Florian Plass ("MORDIO"), Weserstr. 191, 12045 Berlin, Germany.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

2.1 Product Description

MORDIO sells digital audio products including but not limited to: sample packs, preset packs, Ableton Live templates, and other music production tools. All products are delivered digitally via download after purchase.

2.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content in your own music productions. This means:

• You may use the sounds, presets, and templates in your own commercial or non-commercial music productions
• You may modify and process the content for use in your productions
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the original files or modified versions as standalone products
• You may not include the content in competing sample packs, preset packs, or template products
• You may not claim ownership of the original content

2.3 Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via download link. You will receive a confirmation email with your download link from Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

3. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered online once the download or access has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available for download.

If you experience technical issues with a product (corrupted files, missing content), please contact us at contact@mordio.online and we will resolve the issue.

4. PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, LLC. We do not store your payment information. Prices are displayed in EUR/USD and include applicable taxes where required. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles VAT/sales tax compliance.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, code, and design — is the intellectual property of Florian Plass / MORDIO and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

6. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, disrupt its operation, or use automated tools to scrape content.

7. LIABILITY

MORDIO provides digital products "as is". While we ensure all products are functional and as described, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all software versions or hardware configurations. Product requirements are listed on the respective product pages.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
