Running System II

've been working on a new music production system over the past two weeks, entirely using Ableton Live's Operator instrument. This system is designed to be versatile and user-friendly, providing a template for fellow music producers.

Overview of the System

My new system integrates various essential components such as kick, snare, and hi-hat, all crafted using Operator. I've also included MIDI notes to make it a more complete template, allowing you to start your projects efficiently.

Demonstration

In the video, I showcase several elements in action, including a kick, sub, and drone. You'll see a hypnotic sequence enhanced by creative filter usage, highlighting the system's capability to produce complex sounds. The setup relies solely on Ableton's internal tools, ensuring it's accessible to everyone.

The simplicity of the setup is emphasized, making it easy for you to adapt and modify according to your preferences.

Usage and Customization

The template provides pre-arranged channels and MIDI notes, allowing you to customize your projects. I share practical tips for adjusting kick sounds, such as identifying and modifying boxiness. The back kick channel feature enables you to record, chop, and customize kick accent, offering further creative flexibility and a groovy feeling. I encourage you to explore and master the Operator instrument, using the provided template to enhance your music production skills.

Conclusion

This pack offers a solid foundation for you to create and customize your projects using Ableton Live's Operator. With practical focus on hypnotic groovy soundscapes. You're well-equipped to explore new ideas and refine your production techniques. If you are interested you can find the Running System Pack II in my shop.
